The Local Store Marketing Manager is a pivotal role responsible for enhancing the visibility and engagement of our stores within the Northern Kentucky community. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships with local businesses and organizations, ensuring that our marketing efforts resonate with the community. The manager will work closely with the management team at various store locations to develop and implement local marketing strategies that align with corporate goals while addressing the unique needs of each store. In this role, the Local Store Marketing Manager will actively participate in community events such as festivals and parades, creating a strong presence for our brand. This includes marketing and advertising initiatives targeted at local churches and schools, fostering partnerships that can lead to increased foot traffic and brand loyalty. The manager will also coordinate special events, such as car shows and children's activities, in collaboration with store management, ensuring that these events are well-planned and executed. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for setting local store marketing budgets and providing guidance to store management on how to effectively utilize their marketing funds. This includes assisting in the coordination of campaigns for organizations like United Way and ArtsWave, as well as communicating marketing activities with franchisees to address any special needs they may have. The Local Store Marketing Manager will also support the Director of Marketing with promotional activities, budget management, and performance analysis, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy. Furthermore, the manager will oversee the scheduling and management of Big Boy appearances across all markets, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines and event criteria.
