About the position

J.B. Hunt is seeking dedicated semi-local CDL-A drivers for their Dedicated Contract Services® program. This role offers consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer, with an activity-based pay plan that emphasizes safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Drivers can expect daily home time and a supportive management team.

Responsibilities

• Drive a semi-truck to deliver freight to a single customer.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate logs of deliveries and activities.
• Participate in training programs as required, including safety training.
• Communicate effectively with onsite management and dispatch.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Proven experience as a truck driver with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with dedicated routes or contract services.
• Knowledge of freight handling and logistics.
