About the position

The Location Manager I at TopHAT Logistical Solutions is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of In-Home Delivery Contract Carrier teams. This role supports the corporate office in achieving long-term goals by managing logistics, ensuring quality service, and maintaining effective communication with customers and staff. The position requires strong leadership and operational management skills to enhance service delivery across the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Routing daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
• Dispatching 5+ in-home delivery teams through multiple stops.
• Completing weekly billing and claims forms and submitting through NetSuite.
• Managing P&L budgeting responsibilities.
• Collecting operational data and performance report assessments on a daily and weekly basis.
• Recruiting and maintaining a roster of high-performing independent contract carrier delivery teams.
• Conducting daily stand-up chats with teams before load out.
• Supervising daily load out to ensure product quality assurance is conducted.
• Performing local ride-along routes to ensure customer satisfaction by carrier teams.
• Ensuring daily truck inspections and safety measures are met.
• Building relationships and establishing effective communication with customers, clients, and staff.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in a related field; Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
• 2-4 years of job-related experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, P&L, and DOT regulations preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and outside organizations.
