About the position

In this job, you will be accountable for managing the day-to-day operations of a Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) location. You will lead the sales team and motivate them to broaden community impact by educating on our pre-need ministry. You will ensure staff serves families in a compassionate, respectful, and professional manner. You will exhibit the values of the Catholic faith and serve as a role model to the staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a CFCS location.
  • Lead the sales team and motivate them to broaden community impact.
  • Educate the community on pre-need ministry.
  • Ensure staff serves families in a compassionate, respectful, and professional manner.
  • Exhibit the values of the Catholic faith and serve as a role model.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years in sales management.
  • Team development experience.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results.
  • Knowledge of Catholic rituals and traditions.
  • Ability to prepare, forecast, and analyze budgets/financial reports.
  • Capability of overseeing multiple functional areas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology.
