About The Position
The Lock Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing loan lock inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to both internal Loan Teams and external partners. This role involves collaborating with various business partners to gather necessary data for metric tracking and ensuring accurate pricing and lock data management within the Lock+ and Encompass systems. The position requires a proactive approach to communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive work culture while adhering to company policies.
