Construction Hardware Co. has been a trusted name in the locksmith and construction hardware industry since 1963. We are currently seeking a mechanically inclined individual with locksmith skills to join our team. This position involves visiting various job sites to address and repair a wide range of issues related to locks and hardware. When not on-site, the employee will report to our office in Pomona, where they will engage in several tasks including cutting keys, pinning cylinders, managing inventory, and assisting customers at the will call counter. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective service, and it requires a blend of technical skills and customer service expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lock re-keying, lock repair, and installation, as well as providing diagnostic analysis and preventative maintenance to our customers. The position may also involve the repair and installation of panic hardware and door closers. Safety and adherence to training protocols are paramount in this role, as the employee will be working in various environments and must ensure compliance with safety standards. This is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours a week, with overtime as needed.
