About the position

We are seeking a Locksmith to join our team at GOLDEN KEY LOCKSMITH INC. The role involves installing, replacing, and repairing locks, as well as providing assistance to clients with lock-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and experience with various locking mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace many types of locks in various settings.
• Use different tools to make copies of keys of all sizes.
• Install new locks, deadbolts, and other safety devices.
• Maintain and repair all equipment as needed.
• Keep meticulous records of clients and inventory.
• Go out to client calls as needed and assist with lock issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience with locks required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
