Responsibilities
- Engage with physicians through email, calls, and text messages and provide potential opportunities
- Handle the challenges of persistence in a sales-oriented role

- Enjoy substantial five-figure commission checks
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting and/or sales experience
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Demonstrated job excellence with strong references
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills with a focus on maintaining a drama-free and positive work environment
- A balance of professional independence and a commitment to collaborative teamwork
