About the position

We are seeking culturally sensitive clinicians to join our digital-first, primary care medical group, which operates as a 100% digital practice model integrating Urgent Care and Primary Care management. The role involves delivering high-quality, comprehensive, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population using asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional care to patients managing complex and chronic health conditions using a proprietary app and advanced technology.
  • Care for patients of all ages, addressing a range of needs including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health.
  • Uphold a strong commitment to inclusivity in all interactions with patients.
  • Be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week, ideally in 4-hour shifts, including at least two 4-hour weekend shifts each month.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience post-residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary/urgent care.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Experience or interest in digital-first healthcare models (e.g., virtual medicine).
  • Comfort with technology for delivering virtual care, including proprietary clinician-patient platform, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • Active medical licensure in Missouri, Tennessee, or Oklahoma.
