About The Position

The Receiving Clerk at Great Wolf is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery of merchandise, maintaining quality standards, and participating in inventory processes. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.

• Previous experience with Inventory Counts.
• Strong basic mathematics skills.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Protect merchandise and the resort from shrinkage.
• Receive resort shipments for all departments except Food & Beverage, including UPS, Fed-Ex, and vendor trucks.
• Ship out all packages.
• Record deliveries, verify product delivery, and distribute paperwork to appropriate departments.
• Move product to designated areas.
• Update the Dataworks system with all receiving details.
• Maintain retail stockrooms by placing merchandise on shelves and removing cardboard.
• Ensure all merchandise is tagged with UPC labels.
• Ensure a safe facility and work environment in compliance with appropriate regulations.
