About the position

The Logistics Account Executive at Dynamo Freight is primarily responsible for acquiring new clients and generating sales opportunities through a proactive approach. This role involves understanding customer logistics requirements and presenting tailored solutions. Success is measured by the number of sales calls made and the growth of the customer base. The position includes a comprehensive training program to equip the executive with the necessary skills and knowledge in logistics and sales.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 100 sales calls per day to potential clients.
• Conduct thorough customer needs analysis to propose tailored 3PL solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize lead generation skills to develop a sustainable customer base.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer logistics requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs established by the company.
• Continuously improve sales techniques through feedback and self-development.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record in sales, with experience in the logistics industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
