Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads into sales
  • Broker with providers nationwide to deliver products in a timely manner while upholding company standards
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Provide a consultative sales approach that is case by case specific
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in inside sales is preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and great people skills
  • Spanish speaking is an asset
