Responsibilities

  • Implement customer-centric strategies to enhance the overall customer experience within the broker partner network.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the broker partner network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and customer support, to ensure the seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
