Responsibilities

• Facilitate bids and marketing bids within the division for a distributor.
• Open, read, and summarize bids for liquid and dry divisions.
• Request bid pricing from the appropriate department contact.
• Perform related administrative tasks for bids.
• Maintain bids electronically by entering all bid documentation submitted.
• Learn general product information.
• Work with the Liquid division sales team on strategic marketing planning and ads.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers within the government sector.

Requirements

• Experience in Microsoft Excel.
