The Logistics Analyst, Jr. position at General Dynamics Information Technology involves supporting intelligence customers by managing government property and inventory control. Responsibilities

• Perform government property administration and accounting duties.
• Maintain an inventory of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Adhere to inventory control and distribution procedures.
• Prepare and maintain related documentation for government-required reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for shipping and receipt of managed equipment and parts.
• Implement processes to maintain compliance with government property regulations.
• Establish and maintain annual inventory procedures and audit processes.
• Track and report metrics regarding inventories and quantities shipped/received.
• Utilize small hand tools and operate material handling equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• 2+ years of related experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of inventory records and control
• Strong business communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and government logistics practices
• Experience with inventory control systems such as Service +, IFS, SC360, and PSAM is highly desired.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with military logistics
• Ability to operate a 24-foot box truck
