About the position

The Logistics Analyst position at ICI Services involves managing and coordinating logistics, procurement, and inventory management activities in support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. The role is essential for ensuring material and system readiness for various Navy organizations, requiring a combination of logistics support, warehouse operations, and effective communication with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive logistics support for all warehouse operations and shipping support under the contract.
• Develop and maintain itemized lists of required parts and materials for existing material and incoming inventory.
• Work directly with the warehouse team on planning and coordinating daily operations.
• Execute warehouse operations to ensure safe and efficient receipt, storage, and shipping of Government owned property and material.
• Input, track, review, and report status of Government/Contractor Furnished Equipment (GFE/CFE), material, and equipment configuration data.
• Provide material support, forecasting, disposal recommendations, and disposal processing.
• Coordinate with DLA and DRMO activities to facilitate the disposal of designated material.
• Research supply chain issues to identify potential problems and preemptively address them.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics planning and execution activities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able and willing to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Nice-to-haves

• Active Forklift license
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from the Association for Supply Chain Management (APICS) and/or Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) from the International Society of Logistics (SOLE)
• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience
• Experience supporting a naval surface or undersea program/project office (i.e., NAVSEA, NSWC, planning yards, etc.)
