About the position

The Logistics Analyst position at Millennium Corporation involves providing Government Property Management support for the Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV) program. The role requires maintaining and updating inventory records, ensuring proper disposal of government equipment, and supporting the Property Coordinator in various logistics tasks. The position is hybrid, based in Stafford, VA, and requires an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Government Property Management support to the Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV) program.
• Maintain and update Government Furnished Property (GFP) inventory records, distribution, storage, and proper disposal of government equipment and supplies.
• Maintain property management records and metrics, and prepare transfer documents.
• Provide accurate accounting, tracking, movement, storage, and reporting of AAV Product Manager GFP using various systems.
• Maintain and update the AAV GP and supply inventories on a quarterly basis; support the PC by coordinating maintenance and repair of all AAV GFP.
• Draft transfer documents and monitor custody and stewardship of Government Property.
• Maintain property databases, records, and files, and collect metrics on property management activities.

Requirements

• Have an active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience.
• Possess property management expertise.
• Prior work experience in efficient life cycle support of systems and equipment.
• Prior experience coordinating and supporting property acquisition, receipt, validation, storage, distribution, maintenance/repair, and disposal.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Global Combat Support System Marine Corps (GCSS-MC).
• Experience in business development activities such as technical interviews and proposal writing.
