This position is critical to the success of our operations, as it involves developing strategic logistics processes that will scale with the organization's growth. The Logistics and Manufacturing Operations Lead will play a key role in ensuring that our logistics functions are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall mission of the company. In this role, you will assist in the development of proposal pricing for logistics functions, ensuring that we remain competitive and responsive to our clients' needs. You will exercise risk management and employ best practices to ensure that customer missions are met, which is essential in our rapidly changing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-time delivery of contractual materials and equipment, ensuring that quality processes and product excellence are maintained through continuous evaluation and improvement. Additionally, you will be expected to perform other duties as assigned, which may include collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic logistics processes that will scale with organizational growth.
• Assist in development of proposal pricing for logistics function.

• Responsible for on-time delivery of contractual materials and equipment in rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of proven extensive knowledge of government and military logistics operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in quality management.
• Candidate must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• U.S. Citizenship with Active Secret Security clearance preferred. Ability to maintain the designated security clearance level is required.
