About The Position
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Logistics and Planning Program Manager to oversee and optimize logistics, order management, and inventory planning functions for Mill's products across multiple locations. This individual will play a critical role in managing day to day NetSuite order management transactions, system integration and ensuring seamless logistics coordination between manufacturing warehouses, third-party logistics (3PL), and internal teams. The role will also involve managing demand, inventory, and orders for a variety of SKUs, accessories, and spare parts, along with overseeing the operational flow of Purchase Orders (POs), supply-demand balance, and freight management. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing complex processes, systems, and teams, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving operational efficiency.
