About the position

The Logistics Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the ERP Transformation project for a Semiconductor Wafer Foundry. This position involves analyzing business problems, managing configuration, testing, and documentation processes, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. The analyst will work closely with a global team to facilitate smooth transitions to the new ERP system and contribute to various project management functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes complex business problems and develops recommendations.
• Gathers and clarifies business requirements and answers questions about data elements.
• Organizes business design sessions and blueprinting for future state design.
• Provides inputs and approves Configuration Design Documents.
• Collaborates on defining security roles and controls related to logistics processes.
• Tests feature prototypes and records client experiences.
• Assists in the development of Functional Unit Test scripts and validates results.
• Supports the development and validation of Security Unit Test scripts.
• Collaborates on the development of Integration Test scripts and analyzes results.
• Contributes to the cutover plan and monitors data loads during cutover cycles.
• Performs project management functions for smaller efforts, including scope and quality management.
• Records and publishes critical project key performance indicators and reports progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role within logistics and ERP transformations.
• Experience in business transformation, process improvement, and change management.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP software.
