Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide customized warehousing solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company services and generate leads.
  • Work closely with the warehouse operations team to understand and communicate the capabilities and benefits of our warehousing services.
  • Ensure seamless integration of sales and operations to meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related experience.
  • Proven experience in logistics sales, with a strong emphasis on warehousing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate warehousing processes and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
