About the position

A+ Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage logistics and operations within a marketing company. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. The position is temporary with the potential for permanent placement, offering strong growth opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor shipments and communicate any issues to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate printing needs with vendors and ensure accurate project delivery.
  • Manage in-house printing for projects and make adjustments with project team approval.
  • Maintain client trackers for operations and inventory management.
  • Oversee the Amazon AMEX account to ensure alignment with logistics needs.
  • Serve as the in-house expert on the BizHub printer/scanner and provide training to others.
  • Assist in receiving inventory items and updating the purchasing team.
  • Support purchasing of project supplies as needed.
  • Maintain and update inventory locations in the financial system and manage unassigned inventory.
  • Order office and snack supplies to ensure team efficiency.
  • Export and organize Trello data into Excel for tracking purposes.
  • Assist in preparing project supplies when necessary.
  • Handle spoiled products from inventory and coordinate donations to organizations.
  • Coordinate with Project and Planning teams for shipping contact information for various projects.
  • Create or update work orders for packing, shipping, or administrative tasks as directed.
  • Export and import address files to create shipping labels.
  • Print shipping labels and other logistics materials as required.
  • Manage credit memos in QuickBooks for projects and supplies.
  • Review items before they leave the warehouse for quality and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Denver area.
  • Certificates in Graphic Digital Design are preferred.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe suite; willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
