About the position

The Logistics Coordinator, International is responsible for overseeing the transportation and movement of shipments across international borders. This role involves coordinating with various transportation providers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of service quality. The coordinator will also analyze data to improve supply chain efficiency and respond to customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating transportation providers, freight forwarders, and import brokers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors
• Reviewing and processing invoices
• Compiling and managing quarterly pricing for international shipping lanes
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
• Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
• Maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Complying with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements

• Strong Excel and analysis skills
• SAP System experience preferred
