In this role, you will process customer logistics orders and service requests, coordinating with various internal departments to fulfill these orders. You will be responsible for scheduling delivery appointments for outbound transportation orders and providing regular status updates to customers. Effective communication will be key, as you will need to resolve customer concerns through excellent order management and customer service practices. Additionally, you will ensure that invoicing of orders is done on time and accurately, contributing to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations. The Logistics Coordinator position is a Monday to Friday role, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a structured work schedule while engaging in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
