About The Position

In this entry-level position, you'll learn the inner workings of the logistics division within a fast-paced transportation environment. You will collaborate closely with key team members to support our logistics division, ensuring the success of our customers and drivers. In this position, you'll work with many aspects of our business while utilizing your data processing and telecommunication skills to deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • Demonstrable communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with a diverse range of individuals through various mediums, including in-person, email, call, and text.
  • The ability to manage one’s own time and adjust priorities effectively.
  • Must possess a high level of attention to detail to succeed in an environment where small details have the potential to impact mission success drastically.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least one (1) year of experience in a professional office environment. An equivalent amount of education and experience will be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field, and at least one (1) year of experience in the transportation or supply chain industry. An equivalent amount of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high level of collaboration between brokers, customers, carriers, and other operations personnel regarding the movement of freight bookings.
  • Ensure that freight information is efficiently and accurately entered into the transportation management system (TMS).
  • Attentively follow and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of freight to its scheduled destination.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve potential issues before they escalate and risk effective operations.
  • Navigate a dynamic environment where opportunities regularly arise and solve problems as they arise.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including operations teammates, customers, and third-party carriers.
