• Escalating queries and concerns
• Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
• Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer service
• 2 years of experience with MS Office
• 2 years of experience in data entry
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing customer service (preferred)
• 2 years of experience with ERP systems (preferred)
