Responsibilities: * Oversee, track, facilitate, and document the supply chain of equipment and supplies at the base of operations. * Make sure all units are ready to report for duty: Fill out unit 800 forms, Gas units, Expiration checks. * Work with supervisors to arrange unit swaps for Maintenace, and equipment swaps to crews in field. * Fill vacancies in schedule if call volume is high. * Report deficiencies of equipment in/on vehicles to supervision. * Maintain Base Cleanliness making sure that everything remains clean and organized. * Maintain restock areas at Smithtown and Mather Base. * Assist in the Weekly inventory count. * Go out in the field to help with crew lift assists. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED, Valid EMT certification. * Valid Driver's license required for 2 years or more. * CEVO certificate and cleared to drive for company * Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills * Tech-savvy or comfortable with technology * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail * Ability to lift up to 125 lbs.
