The Logistics Coordinator at Toussaint Productions is responsible for coordinating events, managing orders, products, and inventory, while ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of equipment across multiple locations. This part-time role requires a self-motivated individual with a background in logistics, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment readiness and event readiness by monitoring inbound and outbound equipment locations and personnel movements.
• Assist with the creation of contractor schedules and review damaged equipment, coordinating with vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicate with DJs, team members, and customers to facilitate equipment troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• Establish and maintain an inventory checklist to track all materials.
• Participate in and assist with events, including the preparation and movement of materials.

Requirements

• Background in logistics or related field.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
