The Logistics IT Data Architecture Analyst will play a crucial role in the Digital Theater Logistics Plan (DTLP) Joint Feasibility Study (JFS) project. This project is designed to assess the feasibility of developing and testing operating instructions that outline the business rules and data architecture necessary for the creation of a Digital Theater Logistics Plan. The analyst will collaborate closely with the contract Project Manager, the Government JFS Director, the Joint Test Support Cell, and various sponsoring organizations to develop and present the project's Program Master Plan. This presentation is essential for securing a successful charter decision for the DTLP's two-year Joint Test. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for providing input and advice on the development and testing of operating instructions that describe the business rules and data architecture for the Digital Theater Logistics Plan. This includes making recommendations for the development of contract deliverables in accordance with the DTLP JFS, which encompasses the creation of the DTLP Project Master Plan, conducting the Joint Warfighter Advisory Group, coordinating initial test venues, and managing various project vetting boards and councils. The analyst will work within a diverse team that includes Digital Theater Logistics Plan Subject Matter Analysts, PMP Book Boss, and Operations Research Systems Analysts. Team members will possess experience in Logistics Planning within the Joint Planning Process, Combatant Command (CCMD) /Service HQ experience in mobility/redeployment planning, IT, data architecture, and Infrastructure Analysis, particularly with a focus on DoD budgetary processes and Operations Research Systems Analysis.
