About the position

The Logistics Management Specialist will act as the Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APML) within the Ford Class Launch & Recovery Division of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. This role involves advocating for logistics program matters, overseeing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) acquisition planning, and managing logistics personnel to ensure effective life cycle product support for assigned systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the NAVAIR program spokesman and advocate on logistics program matters.
• Responsible for ILS acquisition planning and execution including schedule, technical and fiscal management.
• Provide cost supporting data and develop tailored application of the elements of life cycle.
• Manage and direct the efforts of all logistics personnel providing life cycle product support to assigned systems.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics management and program support.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) principles and practices.
• Ability to manage schedules, technical requirements, and fiscal responsibilities.
