About the position

The Logistics Manager at Blue Chip Maintenance LLC is responsible for efficiently connecting tenants in need of maintenance services with skilled technicians. This role emphasizes customer service, communication, and logistical coordination to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Contact tenants to confirm their availability for service appointments.
  • Schedule technicians based on location and required skill set for the job.
  • Make and take between 60-100 calls daily to assist customers in scheduling repairs.
  • Provide updates to tenants regarding technician arrival times and any necessary rescheduling.
  • Maintain constant communication with technicians and tenants until service is completed.
  • Build professional relationships with technicians to ensure accountability and motivation.

Requirements

  • 2 years of typing experience
  • 1 year of logistics experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work quickly
  • Detail-oriented with a high attention to detail
  • Trustworthy and accountable.
