The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the NALCOMIS OOMA system, which is essential for managing aviation logistics and maintenance operations. In this role, the Logistics Manager will lead a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure that all logistics operations run smoothly. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, as they will be expected to supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. The Logistics Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies that align with organizational goals, optimizing supply chain processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. The position requires a minimum of ten years of supply experience within the last 15 years, with at least three years in a supervisory capacity. This experience should include working in various supply environments such as squadrons, bases, or depots, or serving as an item manager. The Logistics Manager will be expected to analyze logistics data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions to improve logistics operations.
