About The Position

The Logistics Manager at R&K Enterprise Solutions will oversee all logistical requirements for the 414th Combat Training Squadron's exercises, particularly the RED FLAG-RESCUE (RF-R) training events. This role involves managing logistics coordination, providing subject matter expertise, and ensuring compliance with military regulations while supporting the training of USAF Personnel Recovery forces.

Requirements

  • Seven years of DoD logistics experience and customer support within the last 7 years.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work on a multi-disciplinary level.
  • Demonstrated experience with aircraft parking plans and Entry Authorization Letters (EAL).
  • Experience managing the execution of training or real-world operations.
  • Ability to obtain AF IMT 483 Certificate of Competency card for flightline driving.
  • Experience with briefing large groups regarding logistics and exercise participation.
  • Experience establishing bases supply accounts and USAF equipment accounts forms.
  • Experience with USAF ground and air transportation requirements and procedures.
  • Experience with USAF purchasing and procurement processes.
  • Experience with USAF COMSEC regulations and procedures.
  • Experience with USAF VCO program and procedures for government vehicles.
  • Experience with hazardous materials and safety data sheets (SDS).
  • Secret Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with All Partners Access Network (APAN) and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Experience with M4S and ACC cost estimate worksheets forms and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of logistical requirements and bedding down of all forces tasked to participate in RF-R.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for all facets related to logistical requirements for units participating in RF-R.
  • Plan, manage, track, and execute all logistics coordination tasks for RF-R or other Detachment One training events.
  • Produce background papers, briefs, and reports as directed by Detachment government supervisors.
  • Coordinate with host base agencies and ACC to support and maintain oversight of all logistics requirements.
  • Coordinate schedules for deliveries and assist with analyzing inbound supply plans and costs.
  • Liaise with Points of Contact (POC) from units tasked to participate in RF-R.
  • Document and assess each event's logistical requirements and shortfalls for exercise lead-up events.
  • Assist with developing the annual financial plan.
  • Build the Deployments Requirements Manning Document (DRMD) and mandays requests to support exercise requirements.
  • Coordinate all GOV transportation requirements and lodging for exercise participants.
  • Provide acquisition logistics support to Program Managers and Program Executive Offices.
  • Coordinate cost estimate worksheets funding authorization memos for augmentees to ACC for approval.
  • Coordinate and manage meals for the duration of the exercise.
  • Monitor and manage the logistics requirements during exercise execution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal law, DOD directives, and budget constraints.
  • Create reporting instructions for participants in the exercise.
  • Identify, collect, analyze, research, and provide logistics requirements and recommendations.
