The Logistics Manager for Trade Compliance is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and logistics operations. This role involves managing the logistics team, coordinating with various departments, and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain processes while adhering to legal requirements.

  • Manage and oversee logistics operations to ensure compliance with trade regulations.
  • Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth import and export processes.
  • Monitor and analyze trade compliance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor logistics staff on trade compliance best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics management with a focus on trade compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Customs Compliance or International Trade.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Bilingual in English and another language.
