About the position

The Logistics Manager at Bounce Curl is responsible for overseeing and managing logistics operations at the company's Phoenix warehouse. This role is essential for ensuring efficient order fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and improving logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and team leadership, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the printing, pick and pack, and fulfillment process for D2C and wholesale orders.
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for product and warehouse inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits, forecasts, and demand planning to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline the fulfillment process.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve logistics operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the team to review performance, address issues, and plan for upcoming tasks.
  • Mentor and motivate your team, direct team productivity, set priorities, resolve challenges quickly, and train staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics with overall business operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of inventory.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of global logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in people management, preferably of teams 4+.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and fast follow-up.
  • Proficiency in using logistics and inventory software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shipping Fulfillment Software experience preferred (Ship Station, Shopify, etc.).
