About the position

The Logistics Manager at Farmacy Beauty is responsible for overseeing all operations related to third-party and internal warehouses, transportation, logistics, and inventory controls. This role requires managing relationships with 3PL partners and ensuring seamless integration of data and systems. The Logistics Manager will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency and achieve key performance indicators in logistics and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse and order fulfillment operations, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Manage timely receipt and on-hand inventory for Ecommerce channels to support sales forecasts and promotions.
  • Ensure procurement and delivery of warehouse supplies to meet customer and brand requirements.
  • Oversee external data and systems integration for new Retailer and EDI trading partners.
  • Ensure synchronization of orders between Netsuite, 3PL, and internal B2B warehouse.
  • Conduct inventory audits in partnership with the accounting team, ensuring compliance with inventory policies.
  • Review monthly invoices for 3PL and outbound freight, disputing discrepancies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Sales and 3PL to address retail partners' chargebacks.
  • Support special initiatives and drive towards achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and fulfillment.
  • Work with Supply Manager, Demand Manager, and Assistant Operations Manager on various projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Logistics, 3PL, and EDI management in consumer products.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Experience with EDI-based fulfillment processes, Inventory Controls, WMS, and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus.
  • Process-driven with a bias to action, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset for developing KPIs and leading inventory control processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Agility in multitasking and prioritizing based on business needs.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from both the Mahwah, NJ office and the Manhattan office.

  • Experience with Netsuite is a plus.
