About the position

The Logistics Manager at Miniso USA is responsible for leading warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and optimize processes that support the retail business. This role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory accuracy, cost control, staff performance, and space utilization, ensuring that operations align with company standards and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including cost accounting for warehouse operations, warehouse layout, goods storage, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously improve warehouse management systems and processes.
  • Manage daily operations of the warehousing department, ensuring efficient staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and evaluation of work performance and attitude.
  • Handle inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory management of warehouse goods.
  • Develop and execute inventory audit plans to ensure accuracy and authenticity of stock levels and maintain product security.
  • Supervise and participate in monthly stock counts, conduct spot-checks on stock levels, verify accuracy, and ensure alignment between records and physical stock.
  • Address discrepancies in line with policies and report inventory findings and analysis of discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement training programs for warehouse employees, assess their work quality, and implement performance incentives.
  • Supervise logistics responsibilities and management standards, optimize warehouse management practices, and control operating costs.
  • Manage warehouse space efficiently and propose improvement plans to maximize utilization.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to various major emergencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English.
  • Over 8 years of experience in warehouse management in the retail industry, managing teams of 50 or more people.
  • Strong logical thinking and written communication skills, excellent leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, coordination, execution abilities, and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in standard office software, especially Excel and Access for analytical purposes.
  • Prior experience in setting up new large warehouses, including planning, cost calculation, and project design, is preferred.
