About the position

As the Logistics Manager at Flow, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chains. Your primary objectives will include monitoring supply chains and shipments, engaging in regular communication with clients, ensuring timely schedules for client orders, maintaining accurate records, promptly addressing errors to promote client satisfaction, and managing inventory databases. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of service that Flow aims to provide to its residents and clients. In this role, you will coordinate timely and accurate shipments to meet client requirements, ensuring the accuracy of orders and shipping documents, including bills and invoices. You will identify and address shipping errors promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain client satisfaction. Overseeing production timelines to ensure timely delivery of goods will be a key responsibility, as will receiving orders and updating inventory databases accordingly. Regular communication with clients will be necessary to provide updates on shipment statuses and address any concerns or inquiries. You will maintain accurate and consistent records of shipments, inventory levels, and other relevant logistics data. Utilizing your research and analysis skills, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the supply chain. Collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, distributors, and vendors will be essential to resolve logistical issues and improve overall efficiency. A solution-oriented mindset is crucial, as you will proactively identify and implement solutions to logistics challenges, using data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve logistics performance. Familiarity with common logistics management software will help streamline processes and enhance productivity, allowing you to multitask effectively while managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
