About the position

The Logistics Operation Coordinator at Dolphin International Transportation Inc. is responsible for managing international import/export operations, specifically in ocean and air freight. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate workflow and contributing positively to team success.

Responsibilities

• Complete Air and Ocean Shipments including creating and managing shipping documentation, booking, schedules, customs clearance, and truck dispatch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
• Ensure all proper records are input in the system, organized, and filed.
• Comprehend all shipping carrier timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Air and Ocean Operation
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be bilingual (Mandarin and English)
