Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure performance of the production process, including all order selection and related distribution center functions.
  • Drive results that achieve planned levels of costs and progress for the effectiveness of key performance indicators.
  • Model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.
  • Plan and control operating costs and facility budgets.
  • Maintain operational standards and identify and correct conditions affecting employee safety.
  • Manage and maintain mandated sanitation standards.
  • Ensure proper work methods are being followed to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Monitor and meet all order accuracy requirements, maintaining a Customer 1st strategy that focuses on quality receiving and shipping of orders.
  • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of supervision experience in Distribution.
  • Associate's degree.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to manage staffing needs, training, evaluation, and development.
  • Leadership skills that promote behavior valuing respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.
  • Management experience.
