About the position

The Logistics Performance Systems Manager at Oldcastle is responsible for the overall product management of enterprise-wide logistics systems. This role involves leading the implementation and support of logistics tools and technologies, requiring strong initiative and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. The manager will also oversee ongoing product management, performance initiatives, data analytics, and training documentation. The position demands adaptability in a fast-paced environment and includes significant travel during system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to manage the implementation of logistics performance solutions across companies.
• Develop and implement change management plans.
• Create and deliver governance training content and related documentation.
• Coordinate system maintenance planning and implementation processes.
• Facilitate product enhancements and automation development to support user engagement and system optimization.
• Manage vendor relationships related to performance systems.
• Streamline vendor categories to achieve best-in-class systems and support.
• Report on special projects and business challenges to stakeholders.
• Deliver research, workshops, and activities to support project deliverables.
• Identify trends and best practices based on data insights to enhance business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• Experience as a Program Manager with strong change management skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Management, Supply Chain, Systems Implementation, Product Management, or Project Management.
• Technologically savvy with fluency in relevant computer applications.
