Leidos currently has an opening for a Product Support Analyst with DIABLO to support the Project Director Sensors-Aerial Intelligence in fielding life cycle services for its portfolio of AISR sensors across multiple intelligence areas such as electro-optical/infrared, signals intelligence, geospatial intelligence, and measurement and signature intelligence. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Leidos Integrated Airborne Solutions Division. The Product Support Analyst is responsible for leading the efforts to develop reports and analyze performance-based logistics metrics such as supportability, availability, and sustainment engineering deliverables for the DIABLO Program. This includes maintaining the health of various programs and reports, ensuring that all metrics are accurately tracked and reported to support decision-making processes. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including managing reliability and maintainability predictions, availability metrics, and reliability metrics. The analyst will also be responsible for maintaining the health of the DMSMS strategy and developing health analysis reports. Proactive DMSMS research is a key component of this role, as is the analysis of maintenance and failure data to identify trends and support root cause analysis. The analyst will work closely with technical SMEs to refine preventive maintenance strategies as necessary and will participate in Product Support Management IPT meetings to provide insights and updates on program health. Additional tasks may include supporting the development or updates for LORA and Maintenance Task analyses, developing reliability block diagrams, and conducting sustainment engineering activities such as FMECA and FRACAS reporting. The analyst will also assist with updates to operations and maintenance manuals and support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quick Reference Cards (QRC), and Program Directives to ensure uniform task completion across multiple entities.
