About the position

The Logistics Product Support Analyst at Leidos plays a crucial role in supporting the PSS-T program, which involves managing logistics and product support for an unmanned aerial intelligence platform. This position focuses on developing reports, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the sustainment and availability of the program's resources. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain and improve logistics processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of reports/CDRL's and analyze performance-based logistics metrics.
  • Maintain the health of various programs/reports related to sustainment engineering and availability metrics.
  • Work with Tobyhanna Army Depot and Prime Contractor Technical SMEs to update Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) in PowerLOG-J.
  • Generate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quick Reference Cards (QRC), and Program Directives.
  • Lead monthly Product Support Management Integrated Product Team meetings and logistics sections for program sync calls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of experience in Logistics or Product Support Management, or a Master's degree and two years of experience.
  • Experience with PowerLOG-J for Provisioning Technical Data entry and report development.
  • Strong understanding of performance-based logistics metrics, reliability, availability, and supportability analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience briefing executive leadership.
  • Must have an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and be a US Citizen.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Windchill Configuration Management database and RepairData module.
  • Experience developing Performance Based Logistics Metrics (PBLM) reports.
  • Familiarity with technical manuals and maintenance instructions.
