Anduril Industries is seeking a Logistics Program Manager to support a growing development program in Costa Mesa, California. This role is integral to the integrated logistics support program, where the selected candidate will be responsible for all developmental logistics tasks. The Logistics Program Manager will establish technologies using standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems. The ability to work independently is crucial, as this position will have sole responsibility for delivering Logistics Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliveries. Furthermore, the role requires effective collaboration within the company and direct interaction with customers, emphasizing the importance of communication and relationship management. In this position, the Logistics Program Manager will manage all phases of the program from conceptualization through completion. This includes acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance to ensure that quality, business, and financial objectives are met. The manager will develop and coordinate logistics CDRLs and participate with engineering teams to establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, testing, and integration. The role also involves interacting with internal and external representatives at various levels to resolve technical and scheduling issues, acting as the primary contact for Logistics/Sustainment program issues. Additionally, the Logistics Program Manager will influence and coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts. They will ensure that technical leadership and excellence are maintained by participating in the planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development of the required management, professional, and technical talent. The manager will also act as the primary customer contact for Logistics/Sustainment program activities and may lead program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Maintaining the security of proprietary technology and the confidentiality of sensitive information is also a critical aspect of this role.
