About the position

As a Logistics Project Coordinator at DAVACO, you will play a vital role in managing the seamless coordination of logistics for large-scale projects across various sites. You will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of project logistics, ensuring the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to meet project deadlines. Working closely with project managers, vendors, and site teams, you will ensure that all logistics operations align with DAVACO's high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency. Your ability to problem-solve, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing will contribute to the success of our projects and help maintain DAVACO's reputation as a leading total solutions provider in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and updating all appropriate job file documents and other similar documents for assigned Project Managers in the Oracle System. You will complete, process, and file documents such as purchase orders, sub-contractor agreements, lien waivers, job-related correspondence, and other required information, maintaining accurate job files. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating accurate billing packages, invoice summaries, and similar documents, as well as scheduling any job-related items such as deliveries and trucks. You will also field phone calls in support of assigned Project Managers and follow up on issues for job items needing attention. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to respond to changing priorities and multiple interruptions, as well as being attentive to material purchases to keep the budget on track.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experience with the Oracle system
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Microsoft Outlook
