Responsibilities

• Daily order taking from customers and filing
• Daily order dispatching to operation departments or vendors
• Track order fulfillment progress
• Input order information into project management system
• Generate report from the system upon project manager's instructions
• In time reporting for any service or operation issue

Requirements

• Fluent speaking and writing in English with Chinese as mother language
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications
• 2 years and above experience in logistics customer service
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 years of experience in logistics
