About the position

As a Logistics Project Manager at JLL, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery and pickup processes of high-value equipment to and from client sites and JLL facilities. This position requires a strong focus on inventory management, data entry, and technology utilization, specifically using Archibus and SAP for database updates. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records with a target accuracy of 98%, ensuring that all equipment is properly documented and prepared for removal or processing by the warehouse team. Your role will also involve the creation of shipment documentation for both domestic and international shipments, utilizing tools such as the GSA tool, Carnet Tool, or Commercial Invoice. In addition to these responsibilities, you will support warehouse operations by picking and pulling assets, stocking equipment, and preparing items for shipping. This may include palletizing equipment and lifting heavy items as necessary. You will also provide on-site event support, which may require domestic and international travel in the future. The work environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring collaboration with multiple team members and vendors to ensure successful project completion. Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery and pickup process of high-value equipment to and from client sites and JLL facilities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records with 98% accuracy.
  • Perform data entry and database updates using Archibus and SAP.
  • Create shipment documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
  • Prepare equipment for removal from campus and for processing by the warehouse team.
  • Conduct warehouse audits and inventory updates.
  • Support warehouse operations by picking and pulling assets, stocking equipment, and preparing items for shipping.
  • Provide on-site event support as needed.
  • Collaborate with multiple team members and vendors to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience managing the movement of high-valued electronic equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks and projects on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
  • Ability to work independently and within a group.
  • Experience working in various environments such as warehouse, lab, professional office, or event/trade show floor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Archibus, and Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with logistics and supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with GSA tools and Carnet Tool for shipment documentation.
