As a Logistics Project Manager at JLL, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery and pickup processes of high-value equipment to and from client sites and JLL facilities. This position requires a strong focus on inventory management, data entry, and technology utilization, specifically using Archibus and SAP for database updates. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records with a target accuracy of 98%, ensuring that all equipment is properly documented and prepared for removal or processing by the warehouse team. Your role will also involve the creation of shipment documentation for both domestic and international shipments, utilizing tools such as the GSA tool, Carnet Tool, or Commercial Invoice. In addition to these responsibilities, you will support warehouse operations by picking and pulling assets, stocking equipment, and preparing items for shipping. This may include palletizing equipment and lifting heavy items as necessary. You will also provide on-site event support, which may require domestic and international travel in the future. The work environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring collaboration with multiple team members and vendors to ensure successful project completion.
