About the position

The Logistics / Supply Chain Manager will play a crucial role in a rapidly expanding manufacturing organization, focusing on procurement, planning, materials management, and shipping/receiving. This position offers the opportunity to implement new processes and standards, with the potential for progression to a Supply Chain Director role. The manager will have full autonomy in shaping their team and processes to support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4 with plans to grow headcount.
• Oversee procurement, planning, and materials management.
• Implement new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of orders by coordinating with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain / Logistics Manager.
• Strong background in procurement, planning, and materials management.
• Experience in metals, automotive, or aerospace industries.
• Degree qualified in a relevant field.
