The Logistics Team Member at Fleet Farm plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations by unloading freight, stocking items, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Unload freight and break down pallets.
• Unpack totes and stock freight across various departments.
• Split, sort, stage, and stock incoming freight to the sales floor.
• Move prepared freight to the sales floor in an organized and safe manner.
• Ensure products are stocked accurately and timely.
• Return all warehouse carts and maintain cleanliness standards by the end of the shift.
• Clean shelves, product displays, counters, and workspaces as needed.
• Assist in maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines, operating procedures, and quality standards.
• Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty programs and other company initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
