About the position

The Logistics Transformation Program Engineering Analyst at Ralph Lauren will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic transformation of the North America Logistics operations network. This position focuses on operational data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive process improvements, alongside project management responsibilities including the development and implementation of project plans. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to deliver analytics that support key initiatives and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations Management to identify needs and develop solutions through the collection, analysis, and reporting of operations data
  • Communicate regularly through meetings, feedback sessions, and written communications to ensure the proper exchange of information regarding company and departmental performance, policies and procedures, and employee feedback
  • Deliver analytics to support key initiatives within the transformation program
  • Work cross functionally driving change throughout the organization
  • Create executive level presentations and communications
  • Gather requirements for reporting & projects
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project plans and communicate project statuses
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and business support as needed
  • Develop presentation materials based upon conceptual descriptions

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a technical field (engineering, logistics/supply chain, operations research, information systems, mathematics, etc.) with experience in transportation/logistics (or equivalent)
  • Strong decision making and follow-up skills
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing business/project/program needs
  • Intermediate-to-strong skills in Microsoft Office suite

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of logistics/supply chain processes & systems, with apparel & footwear industry
  • Project management in an operational/logistics/supply chain environment
  • Experience designing Distribution/Logistics operations and systems, inclusive of Material Handling Equipment (i.e. racking/storage structures, sortation systems, automation, etc.)
  • Knowledge of AS/400 systems (i.e. Manhattan Associates WM/PkMS)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Able to effectively prioritize work assignments
